Surprisingly Gourmet Lunch At the Museum ...

... you don't normally expect much out of a museum cafe, but this was pretty damn good - two smorrebrod (open-faced sandwiches), one with cold smoked salmon and the other chicken salad, and two killer desserts. The first was a sort of giant macaron filled with passion fruit mousse and sprinkled with nuts, and the other was an insanely-good carrot cake with vanilla bean cream cheese icing. The cake was incredibly moist, and the icing may have been the best part - studded with little bits of vanilla bean, and rich and creamy.
