Exhibit In Honour of Liu Xiaobo ...

... the 2010 winner of the Nobel Peace Prize - imprisoned by Chinese Authorities for being a pro-democracy activist, Liu was unable to attend the ceremony, nor was his wife allowed to leave China to travel to Norway. Symbolically, the Nobel committee still held the ceremony with an empty chair, to draw further attention to his plight. The exhibit invites guests to take a picture while seated in the chair and upload it to Instagram, to further highlight his cause.
