Finally, Texas BBQ!!! ...

... you never know what to expect from airport food, but one of Houston airport's terminals has a great fast food joint with multiple food stations. Even the cries for help from the meat as it drowned in BBQ sauce didn't detract from the great pork side ribs, and juicy beef brisket. The meat was so good that it more than made up for the mushy corn and rubbery corn muffin, though the muffin did provide a valuable service, as the brisket managed to avoid drowning to death by clinging to it like a life preserver.
