Coolest Hipster Bar in All of Utah ...
... thanks to Ed, we found the oldest bar in all of Utah. Surprisingly, downtown Salt Lake City is pretty cool in areas, and this hipster bar was great - cool, old-school lounge-vibe and classic hand-crafted cocktails that you won't find in many other places. One of us ordered a mojito and the bartender spent five minutes chipping ice off a massive block, just to fill one glass with ice. Most of the cocktails were shaken at least two minutes, so you got your money's worth here - a great drink, AND entertainment.
