... a fast food chain associated with Rick Bayless, a local chef who specializes in Mexican food. We saw it the last time we were in Chicago, but never got to try it - for the most part, it lived up to the anticipation, with this cochinita version. The pulled pork was tasty, though a bit dry, and the bread excellent - crisp and chewy. The one complaint is that portion was fairly small for what we paid. A little side of habanero sauce was included, and was super delish, with a nice citrus tone, but super hot - a single tiny drop of it would light your tongue on fire.
