Salpicon, But Not the Fruit Variety ...

... dry, minced fish mixed with spices - not the best choice, but I was expecting something more like a stew. Haven't seen beans for a while in Colombia - got tired of them in Zona Cafetera and Medellin, but it was a nice chance to have them again today.
