Lunch in Santa Teresa ...

Cupuacu juice - described by the guidebook as an acidic pear, it was horrific, very sour and oddly, tasting a bit like fish. Sandwich of peito de peru and minas cheese - the cheese was all melty with a brie-like consistency. A yummy sandwich. the best part was the mixture of oil and parsley, which gave the sandwich a bit of a kick. Very good, crisp bread.
