Well we were up early this morning, because in Sydney it was already 10:30.... 7:30 local time!! We sat around for a while, thinking it was too early to do anything (most of Hong Kong opens around 10:00 but often a lot later for other shops), but then decided to grab some breakfast adn head down to the peninsulaa waterfront.
