Geo: 50.0878, 14.4205It was pure pleasure to round off an eventful evening in Prague. Old Prague Ham they called it. A fitting name to be consumed in Old Town Square. We ordered a slab of it, around half a kilo, off the spit. Lean, boneless, smokey, delicious, crispy. Best meat ever.
