Blocks of ice for the beer kiosk

All along the malecon in the middle of the street are these beer kiosks. Ice deliveries are made in the afternoon giving the men time to chop these huge blocks of ice down into chips to layer in the coolers. A layer of ice, a layer of beer, layer of ice, layer of beer. All afternoon all along the malecon, guys are chipping ice with ice picks.
Carnaval craziness
