Amsterdam
Street art 10ft from the church in the middle of the Red Light District (chock full of contradictions there!). Art is allowed as long as it is discretely done, doesn't harm anyone, and doesn't cost the city any money. Some anonymous person bolted this in in the middle of the night (as well as other art throughout the city). It symbolizes the acceptance and tolerance of the red light disctrict prostitution. The lock and chain shows the woman isn't chained down and can leave any time she isn't comfortable.
