The Great Pancake Race

On Shrove Tuesday we - Lesley, Chris, Paul and Rach (an AXA Insurance team) entered into the "Great Pancake Race". The race was held at the Tower of London, a gorgeous backdrop for such a prestigious event. Our trusty cheerleaders - Stacy and Erin cheered our team - "Les Crepes Toussers" through our fist heat which we narrowly won.
