The Great Pancake Race

On Shrove Tuesday we - Lesley, Chris, Paul and Rach (an AXA Insurance team) entered into the "Great Pancake Race". The race was held at the Tower of London, a gorgeous backdrop for such a prestigious event.
Our trusty cheerleaders - Stacy and Erin cheered our team - "Les Crepes Toussers" through our fist heat which we narrowly won. The final was another close call but our training paid off in the end and we brought home the Bollinger!!!
