We have the same problem at home!

if you put a sign up saying not to dump garbage, people will dump garbage there! The solution is to take away the sign, the rest of the streets are almost spotless!

Sometimes we have no luck!

Busses in Malaysia are luxury! Not only compared to the rest of SE Asia but even compared to North America.
