This is my blog of the 20 administrative districts (arrondissements) of central Paris. In 2009, I was inspired by the town hall of the 3rd arrondissement which has a very pretty park just nearby, and an unexpectedly lively street, rue de Bretagne, with a host of shops, bars restaurants and a covered market. There's another 19 like this to explore thought I. And so this project began: 40 weeks of blogging, 2 for each arrondissement starting from the town hall and fanning out in exploration.
