New Orleans ist unsere letzte Station am „Ol man river“. Hier ist der Mississippi über einen Kilometer breit. Träge fliest der braune Fluss an New Orleans vorbei dem nahen Delta entgegen. Am Pier in der Stadt liegt ein grosses Kreuzfahrtschiff am Kai und riesige Container- und Tankschiffe ziehen an der Stadt vorbei.
