The mini-van (not mini-bus) to Kampot was to pick me up at the Guesthouse 66 at 10.30am. It was a little early, 10.15am, but then spent a long time driving around picking up other people and sitting at depots so we didn't actually leave Sihanoukville until 11.15am.
