We arrived in Matanzas about lunchtime and unloaded ar the plaza de la libertad. We met up with our families and walked to our Casas particulares. Our casa was Hostal azul which we learned is #1 in the lonely Planet guide. They were wonderful people, Joel and Ailyn, and son Juan. Pat an I took one room and Markos and Joan in the other.
