Birkenau III

This gives an impression of the vastness of the camp. I find it hard to tell what causes me the greater horror: the fact that humans treat other human beings the way they did, or the fact that it takes very little to turn humans into these monsters.

A work trip took me to Krakow in mid-June. I was to attend the Annual Conference of the European Test Publishers Group (ETPG) that my company had just joined.
