Got up this morning to bright sunshine and NO WIND. After breakfast found the cable car was running to Table Mountain so decided to go for it. Got a taxi which took ages in the rush hour traffic. (Why is it called rush hour when you don't move for ages!?). Found everyone else had the same idea.
