Had a nice breakfast and then considered the weather. Looked up Table mountain on internet and it was declared closed. Although windy it was sunny so we went for a walk along the beach and onto a small island. Found somewhere nice for lunch or evening meal. Mark still not feeling good so we had lunch in the hotel.
