Day 1 An early start as we take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes. The train stops on the way to allow people to get off to do the one day Inca Trail hike. Machu Picchu
Wonderful to read the joy in your words Alan. You have made it! Machu Picchu for sunrise, clouds lifting to reveal it's splendour. And walking that trail to the Inca bridge...always adds to the memory to add a bit of freak out! This pic is a must for the pool room...something to always transport you back to this truly magical place.
