Happy Birthday, Andrew!
What a wonderfully relaxing, memorable place to turn half a century! And you also managed to get that elusive, run-around Ren in the panorama--bravo! I loved your account of the kids in the pool--mine would have been more like Ren's "cheeky little shits"--you two have a fine balance! I've a friend with a house near there who always wants me to house-sit in summers. I think with the heat, humidity and mozzies, I'll give him a pass. He doesn't have your fans or infinity pool!

Re: Happy Birthday, Andrew!
Thanks for the birthday wishes Tara! Haha we tried so many times to get 'three' in the panorama, and finally success...we'll have to do some practice runs at home with the dogs before our next trip. I think Mazunte come close to the highest heat/humidity/bitey things combination we've ever experienced.
