We farewell Blenheim today (Saturday), calling in at the Wairau Bar for a look. What a cool little spot with the river mouth and views across to Boulder Bank and White Cliffs. A couple of local fishermen were having a great time catching good sized Kahawai just inside the river mouth. Hi We are a Rotorua kiwi couple heading off on our big motorhome adventure around NZ after a year in the planning. Leaving our jobs (Cheryl - Radiology Manager & Lance -Accountant) is scary but also exciting as we celebrate our midlife with no income and semi independent adult children.
