Glacier that covers Katla volcano. Katla is a large volcano and is very active. Last violent eruption was 1918 but may have erupted 2011 without breaking the ice cap.
Reykjavik - Day 4 (Finally!)

Better late than never, eh? Day 4. Our last full day in Iceland. It is clear, sunny and mild. A beautiful day and in stark contrast to the day before! We head out at 8am for a full day of touring.
