Shark Fins

These fins are displayed in a case in the London Dim Sum Restaurant. Certainly the best Dim Sum we enjoyed. And as I always understood it,for every inch of fin above the surface, there was a foot of shark below (probably an urban myth). However, these must have been truly magnificent creatures.
