I started this blog in late 2007, before heading off to Australia for a hang gliding adventure. After my first solo flight in a hang glider all I wanted to do was fly as much as possible. Brilliant!
What a wise way to re-enter your new life and leave the stresses of your former ones, plus how lovely to do it with your mother! Since it was a challenging detox, how healing that you had access to the beautiful park, sauna and the pool, not to mention exquisite daily massages.
