The strangest lawn ornament I've ever seen

The owner of the home had the most beautiful lawn with groomed plants, flowers and lots of decorations, and then there was this. The husband (who wasn't home) is an artist and he made all the sculptures. I must say, I'm kinda curious as to what inspired this piece.
