The beak is the wrong colour for a gannet.

Marg and Rob purchased a Horizon Wattle (Mercedes Sprinter) motorhome built by Ballina Campers and planned to circumnavigate Australia over the following couple of years, collecting it just after Rob retired in May 2011. but I'm not 100% certain.

Cormorant
There are plenty of cormorants in the area but appear much more black and white. The black cormorant is quite common too. Not sure about the yellow head for a cormorant.
