I can only suppose the lines through people's eyes came after Brazil didn't make the world cup finals.

We got off to an earlier start and hit some spots in Centro that we'd been wanting to see. First we got a taxi to the Cathedral. We asked the driver to go to the famous Portuguese library, but when acted like he didn't know where that was I ask him to take us to the Cathedral.
