Sleep during the day

It annoys me seeing people sleep during the dady in Britain when I'm rushing about worrying about college, money and future, I just point daggers at their oblivious face and think 'how can you?!' >.<

In and English life: One gets up at 6-7AM and leaves home at 9 to start work until 5-6. In between they would have lunch between 12-1:30 to have one cigarette in a designated area outside, bitch about their bosses whilst munching on a sandwich they made or a subway because they got a coupon in the mail.
