Crossing the Border
September 8th 2014 We boarded an Amtrak train early in the morning. A massive train with large comfortable reclining seats with plently of leg room. Left NY on time and travelled up beside the Hudson. As we got towards Canada we noticed the scenery change. There were loads of Golden Rod and Flame Trees growing wild alongside the tracks. In England these are more a garden plant than a weed.
