What a perfect holiday--except for the little details of dengue fever and typhoons! Once again, I'm so touched by your ethical decision not to support tours that harm the environment/wildlife--here the whale sharks. Too often, people so want photos that they allow guides to grab, herd, catch and endanger wild animals. Perhaps the big turtle sensed your goodness, and that's why s/he came to check you out. I love that you could have your own pools and waterfalls and walk on real trails just by walking further from the hordes--rewards everywhere. Great photos, as usual!
