Hello! Jai eu la reponse positive avant hier pour l appart meublé! Je suis assez content on etait plusieurs dessus, mais j ai été le plus motivé pour le prendre. Je suis rue Berri, en face du metro Laurier, et à côté de la rue Saint Denis, qui bouge bien : il y a de nombreux bars, restos de toutes horizons.
