The flight from Siem Reap to Bangkok was only 1 hour, but we landed in the smaller airport (DMK) and our flight to Beijing left out of Suvarnabhumi Airport, so onto a free bus shuttle that got us there around 2pm. Our flight to Beijing left at 1am and it was way too early to check our bags, so we planned on checking into the airport hourly hotel possibly before seeing a tour counter on the way.
