Northern Thailand still proves to be heaps different than southern Thailand...exchange dread locked Thais for little old ladies wearing hill tribe garb and soaking in the rays for trekking through the mountains. I just graduated college and I started my job last May as a firefighter for the US Forest Service...so much fun, but not my ultimate career choice. The Lord has provided the time and money for me to travel this winter and I am taking full advantage of that! I will leave November 20 and arrive home March 17, 2007. Most of the time will be spent in South East Asia, India, and Europe. I have never travelled like this before and I have absolutely no idea what to expect.
