After the chaos of the last couple of days, we decided to have an ‘Emily Day’. We stayed at the villa all day and just relaxed in the sunshine and beautiful gardens. In one courageous or completely out of our minds crazy leap my husband, our daughter and I have left our current place of residence, packed up our current lives and decided to take off to Europe for three and a half months.
