We decided to leave Tahune Forest early and head down to Geeveston for breakfast and take a look at the historic town. Behind the shops there is a really good car park and adjacent to that is the Forestry Info Centre which includes a museum. Most of us will have seen the old Singer treadle sewing machines. Marg and Rob purchased a Horizon Wattle (Mercedes Sprinter) motorhome built by Ballina Campers and planned to circumnavigate Australia over the following couple of years, collecting it just after Rob retired in May 2011. The couple of years grew out to over 4 years during which time we travelled from Brisbane to Perth return accross the Nullarbor both ways in 2011; in 2012 we travelled various places on the East Coast of Australia.
