Well I thought that I should type a bit about what the heck I'm doing over here. Besides travelling that is. The White Hart is a pub, restaurant, and b&b. We all work in all areas. The days are long as we work all day - with a break or two depending what shift. I work with about seven other full time people and a few who work once or twice a week.
