Trainings for the "social workers"

Adult refugees are taught some social work concepts and they become responsible for 3 houses of kids (24 kids), to help guide and counsel them. It is a huge job but gives them a little stipend which they appreciate. Refugees are not allowed to earn money in the local economy.
Tenderness Needed

If I were a songwriter I would write a song about “Everyone Needs a Little Tenderness.” I am sure there are songs about that but this would be reserved for those most in need.
