We arrived in Cuzco and were immediately swarmed by people trying to drag us in every direction. We hopped in a cab and headed for the plaza where we found a nice hostel. The next day we visited a couple of agencies that do the Inca Trail and eventually settled on Extreme Tourbulence Tours for $220 per person which I would definitely recommend.
