Black Sand Beaches and lava flows.....

Hi everyone!! Today we went on a journey to the black sand beaches and Kilaheua volcano. Kilaheua is very active will many steam vents and hot molten lava lowing into the ocean. Unfortunately, the lava is about a mile long walk in the heat on a jagged lava path so I wasn't going with the kids.
