I ended up doing three days of the jewellery course! I went along on the first day, thinking it would just be interesting to have a go, and I loved it so much that I went back the next day. The teacher, Nugoon, is very patient, and he lets you do everything, so you really do feel the satisfaction that you have made your jewellery. After years of dreaming about it, and months of talking about it, I finally made the decision to travel. In 2006 I gave up my job and set off on an adventure to South East Asia.........and I'm still here!
