But that's ok, because the locals all understand and speak English and can usually work out what you are looking for. I travel with Greg, my husband and when we travel we usually are away from home for 3 months. We started this sort of travel in 2010 when we travelled mainly through Central Europe; in 2011 we traveled for 3 months in Greece (my birth country); in 2012 we travelled in mainly northern Italy and France.
