Drinking excellent coffee is prominent part of Ethiopian life. Coffee ceremony is performed almost every meal in most households. Fine coffee beans are washed and roasted to perfection, manually crushed, and placed on clay pots to wait for the boiling water. Smell of freshly brewed coffee fills the air. Coffee is poured into small cups and served.
