The ideal place to travel to would include the following things: good food, beautiful women, stunning scenery, preferably mountains, and that you don't see any of your fellow countrymen there. For example, Amsterdam itself is a nice enough place, but as an American, there are just too many of us there. I don't even consider the Carribean to be outside of the US.
