Chavin ruins

this was our last stop in Huaraz. The ruins date from 800BC and are thought to have been the centre of the society which controlled about 75% of Peru.
Fasten your seatbelt...you´re in for a bumpy ride........

Huancachina is a couple of hours south of Lima, and is a small oasis in the middle of the desert.
