No handicapped facilities in China or Tibet. This guy had to carry this woman through the gate to the palace. Someone hoised her chair.

9/24 in Tibet Today is the real test of my stamina. We go to the Potala Palace. It is a little over 14 stories high and you climb on the ancient cement stairs. I am going to give it a try.
