I took an overnight train to the small town of Penzance, Cornwall, in the far west corner of England. The overnight journey was far cheaper than day travel but made for a long, frigid night waiting for multiple transfers in unheated rail stations. Hi everybody. Most of you know I recently quit my job in the corporate world in the pursuit of something a little more "human." But before jumping into something new, I wanted to take some time off and experience some new places and people in Europe where I'd never been before.
