Last Sunday we visited the Coulson Fire Fighting facility on the other side of the lake. They are restoring one of the seaplanes so it can fly out to a museum in the USA. Its being repainted in its original US Navy dark blue. There were originally seven built, only two remain, the one in service as a water bomber and the one being restored.
